Fees

Registration form and full payment postmarked or submitted:

  • by 7/14/2017: $800
  • by 8/14/2017: $850
  • by 9/12/2017: $950

Private interview booth: $200 additional

Fees includes: Lunch, refreshments and admission to the lunch speaker for up to 4 representatives per exhibitor. Additional company/firm representatives must register for a fee of $25/person. Fees also include a full-page company profile in the conference program and a link to your company website from this website.

Private interview booth: Optional feature this year with limited availability. Make your recruitment process more efficient by reserving a private interview booth to perform onsite interviews.

Get the most out of your recruiting dollars and exhibit at the Annual Accounting & Auditing Student Conference. Interact with hundreds of students from dozens of regional schools all in one day.

Last year, over 500 students, faculty, and exhibitors networked on the exhibit floor, resulting in future interviews and new hires. With the high student turnout the conference has had, exhibitors have enjoyed excellent traffic to their booths. Students are encouraged to visit as many exhibits as possible, with prize drawings for those who visit most of the booths.

Hold harmless agreement

As an exhibitor, I understand that neither the Accounting & Auditing Student Conference (AASC) nor the Minneapolis Convention Center is responsible for injury to persons, or damage to/loss of property belonging to the exhibitor, any person or persons’ liability for all injury to any and all persons or property in any way connected with the exhibitor’s display or caused by them; indemnify and agree to hold harmless the AASC, its members, officers, directors, and employees from any and all liability arising from damage to property or personal injury caused by the exhibitor or his agents.

Cancellation policy

Written notice to cancel must be received via fax, mail or email by Tuesday, August 15, 2017, to receive a 50% refund. No refunds after this date.
